Job SummaryAs part of our consumer deposit and relationship management team, you will provide the proactive, friendly and efficient customer service that builds our consumer and small business customers' trust and loyalty.
Personal Bankers provide professional delivery of all primary deposit and withdrawal services to clients, to include all teller function, opening of new checking, savings, certificates of deposit, retirement and ODP accounts.

Cultivate knowledge of products, services and customer interests.
Establish, maintain, and deepen customer relationships to achieve branch performance goals and provide excellent customer service.
Identify and promote products aligned with customers' financial and business needs.
Efficiently open and accurately complete documentation to open and maintain accounts.
Protect BNC and our customers by strictly following policies and procedures, maintaining bank security, and the confidentiality of customer information.
Provide back-up support to branch with day-to-day operational transactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
